Our Approach
Dynamic Balance workshops are designed to be accessible for everyone. We offer a variety of techniques, including moving meditation, Mantra Meditation, Transcendental Meditation, Meditation, Emotional Balance, and Mindfulness. Brad Hutchinson
Mindfulness Coach
Brad has over 20 years experience in Eastern Wisdom practices. His is STEP model shows the pathway to inner peace rising, expanding, and surfacing into experience. STEP stands for Spirit, Thinking, Emotions, Physical. When energy flows this way, you realize that the universe intends only love for you.

Arthur Lockhart
Transformative Meditation
Arthur Lockhart, OOnt, M.Ed., is an Order of Ontario recipient, the highest honour bestowed to a civilian in Ontario. Arthur presents award-winning workshops on the local, national and international level. Arthur has been involved in the field of community justice and education for over 47 years. Arthur has been practicing transcendental meditation for over 25 years.
