Through short teachings, breathwork, grounding practices, Ba Duan Jin movement, and the STEP framework of Spirit, Thinking, Emotions, and the Physical Body, you’ll learn how to calm your nervous system, release what feels stuck, and reconnect with the part of you that remains whole even in turbulence.
